The TRAVERS PERSONAL TRAINING FULL BODY programme is a unique way of achieving hypertrophy whilst keeping it interesting. as a result of training each muscle group once a day you may find your able to push yourself more and achieve hypertrophy at a faster rate. whilst working each muscle group once a day you will achieve the same amount of sets at the end of the week compared to if you were focusing on just training one muscle group for a whole session each day. at the end of each workout there are two ab exercises to maintain a strong core. Every Wednesday will be your cardio session at the end of the workout! a bonus with the FULL BODY is you may find you don't get as tired with muscle soreness the next day !
